It was reasonably priced, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very good and charming. Exceptional service, although a few employees were not particularly friendly. In general the room was fairly quiet for my baggage, and I loved it...
Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The location was great for getting around, especially being between Paddington and Edware Road. The Paddington Express meant we were at the hotel about 1/2 hour after leaving Heathrow. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint was the water pressure! It was horrible, especially when trying to get ready for a wedding.

The receptionist was super friendly, helping us with directions. The room was clean and warm, perfect for our family. We loved the convenient fridge and kettle in our triple room. Being close to shops and marble arch was a big plus!
strongly recommend

It was very good location wise, and close to Central London. Excellent location, and reasonable in price. Shower was warm and good too. Breakfast was good.
Bed was horrible, and uncomfortable. There seemed to be some Muslims preying, chanting, and playing loud music at all hours.

Request a room at the back for a quieter stay, as street noise can be quite loud if you face the front.

Well-maintained and great value hotel that has superbly friendly staff at reception desk. This property has perfect location close to everything. And it's nestled in a very comfortable building close enough to local shops and restaurants, central London and a tube station and walking distance to central sights.

Would recommend for a weekend trip
Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with free Wi-Fi available in public areas and a convenient location just a 10-minute walk from the metro station.
Couldn't have been better.

I like the location, clean rooms and nice staff
The room was too small and we can hear any noise outside the room, no cooling facilities and the bathroom lock was damaged

Not quite sure why but I really like this hotel and would stay there again if I am in the area, mainly due to the staff being friendly and helpful and generally feeling welcome, decent service makes a big difference sometimes. Had two different rooms during our stay and they served the purpose that we needed them to which was basically to have access to a shower and a bed.
General lack of care for presentation or comfort in the rooms, the curtains were dirty and didnt fit the window size so we had to hang towels up to block out the light, plug socket not working, mismatched and decaying furniture, no attempt made to hang the lone picture straight or central on the main wall, shower little more than a trickle, stained and dirty walls and so on! That sounds bad but its just small things that could be so easily sorted out and for £80 a night its kind of expected. Overall there are certainly better presented hotels in the area for the money but hospitality counts for a lot in my opinion so I would head straight here next time I need somewhere to sleep despite all of the above!
